Fundora is an informational tool that analyses mutual-fund portfolios using publicly disclosed data. It is not investment advice. Fundora is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Fundora does not recommend, rank as a "best pick", or predict the future performance of any fund. Every number it shows is computed by deterministic code from public data; the AI assistant writes the words, never the numbers.
One person per Telegram account. The free tier includes every command, CAS import, and a daily allowance of full diagnostics, plus a small monthly allowance of AI questions. Fair-use limits (rate limits, per-user AI cost caps) exist to keep the Service available and sustainable; when a limit is reached, the bot tells you plainly rather than failing silently.
If you were granted a family plan or founding price, those benefits are personal and non-transferable. Family-plan seats are for your household.
Analyses use publicly disclosed data: AMFI NAVs, the scheme master, monthly
AMC portfolio disclosures, benchmark indices, and the RBI risk-free rate.
Coverage limits apply — a fund's stock-level analysis needs its AMC's
holdings disclosure, and when coverage of your portfolio is too low for an
honest answer, Fundora tells you so instead of guessing. Figures are as of
the most recent published data, and the bot shows you how fresh that is
(/doctor).
Don't: attempt to break, overload, or scrape the Service; resell access; use the AI assistant to generate advice for redistribution as your own; or misrepresent the output. We may suspend access that abuses the Service.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis by a small team. The AI assistant depends on third-party model providers and may be unavailable or degraded at times; deterministic analyses keep working. When the assistant is unavailable for an extended period, we say so and make it right for paying users (the refund commitment ships with the paid-launch terms).
During the launch period announced by the bot, AI features are free for everyone, and early users are offered founding pricing on paid plans as a thank-you. Nothing in this section obliges you to pay; the paid plans, their prices, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be published and linked from the bot before any payment is possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundora's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim (zero for the free tier). The Service is informational; you remain solely responsible for your investment decisions.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the bot before
they take effect. You may stop using the Service at any time (/forgetme
erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy). We may discontinue
the Service with notice; paying users get a pro-rata refund of the current
period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of __.
